HOUSE RULES:
Quiet hours: I ask that you respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. This ensures that everyone in the small community can enjoy a peaceful and restful night's sleep.
Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the bungalow and on the property of the complex. If smoking is detected a $500 fee will be assessed.
Chickens: Please DO NOT feed the chickens or let them in the house. They are feral animals and this is a Princeville ordinance. The town of Princeville can actually fine you for this.
Shoes: Per Hawaiian tradition I ask that you REMOVE your shoes and leave them at the front door when entering the home. No shoes are to be worn inside the house.
Food: Please avoid eating and drinking in the living room and bedrooms.
Pets: Unfortunately, I don't allow pets in the bungalow.
Rinsing off: After returning from the beach please use the hose to rinse and dry off sand/dirt OUTSIDE. You can use the hose or the shower rinse. This helps to maintain the cleanliness and freshness in the home. Please do not rinse sand off in the showers or sinks.
Surf Boards: The surf boards on the back porch are not for guests. I provide a couple boogie boards and also can recommend where to rent boards to surf. If the boards are used or damaged a fine will be assessed.
Beach towels: Please keep track of your beach towels. There are 6 total. Lost towels will be charged at $25 a piece. Please do not use the bath towels for the beach. Beach towels are in the upstairs closet.
Air Conditioning: If you choose to run the AC please keep the doors and windows closed. I will send separate instructions on how to operate the AC. Thank you so much for choosing my home. Please reach out with questions!
